南投
有些描述可以用來形容南投縣秀麗的各種風情：“綠色山丘和清澈的海水”和“湖光山色風景”，都只是一些用來描述南投的短語。南投縣南投位於台灣的中心，是台灣唯一的內陸縣。它的山景使其成為一個知名旅遊地；日月潭也位於此。南投還有其他著名旅遊地區，例如合歡山和溪頭。南投凍頂烏龍茶是台灣種植最有名的和高品質的烏龍茶之一。
Nantou (Central Taiwan)
There are many expressions which can be used to describe the beautiful scenery of Nantou County. "Green hills and crystal clear waters," and "a landscape of lakes and mountains" are just a few of the phrases used to describe Nantou. Nantou, located in the center of Taiwan, is the only landlocked county in Taiwan. Its mountainous area makes it a tourist destination; Sun Moon Lake is located in this county. Other well-known areas of the county are Hehuanshan and Sitou. Nantou's tung-ting tea is one of the most famous and high-quality oolong teas grown in Taiwan.

日月潭
月潭國家風景區範圍包含環潭、水里溪、埔里、濁水溪及集集等五大遊憩系統，週邊涵蓋桃米、車埕、集集、水社大山、雙龍瀑布、明潭水庫及水里溪等觀光旅遊據點。日月潭是以拉魯島為界，東、西兩側因形似「日輪」和「月鉤」因而得名，百年來享有臺灣八景的美譽，也是台灣地區最負盛名水力發電重地。
日月潭擁有全台唯一的水陸空3D遊程，環潭公路被美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）旗下生活旅遊網站CNNGO選為全球十大最美自行車道。
Sun Moon Lake
The Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area is praised for its five major recreational systems, including the lake, Shueili River, Puli, Jhuoshuei River, and Jiji. The surrounding areas stretch to cover known tourist spots including Taumi, Checheng, Jiji, Shueisheda Mountain, Sangyong Falls, Mingtan Reservoir, and Shueili River.Divided by Lalu Island, the Sun Moon Lake scenic area got its name from the unique terrain that looked like a sun on one side and a crescent moon on the other. Crowned as one of the Eight Wonders of Taiwan, Sun Moon Lake is also the most famous source of hydroelectric power.
Sun Moon Lake features the only full-range 3D tours (lake, sky and land) in Taiwan. The lake cycling trail has been recognized by CNNGO, CNN as one of the most beautiful cycling trails in the world.
合歡山
合歡山位於花蓮縣與南投縣交界。是全臺最高之國家森林遊樂區。合歡山擁有地形的多樣化與豐沛的雨量☔，合歡山一年四季都有不一樣的魅力，像現在冬季低溫積雪，呈現銀白色的世界。這裡也是東西橫貫公路交會點，是全臺灣最佳的賞雪聖地。在其他季節裡也是相當適合登山愛好者的地點，周圍更有南投、清境農場等景點，相當適合三天兩夜的行程，值得一探究竟。
Hehuanshan
Hehuan mountain is located in the middle of Nantou county and Hualien county. It’s also one of the highest parks in Taiwan. With diverse terrain and abundant rainfall, Hehuan mountain shows its charm in every season. When it snows in winter, it’s like a silver-white world. It’s also an intersection of the east-west highway. It becomes the best snow shrine in Taiwan. Hehuan mountain is also a popular spot in other seasons. There is Nantou, Cingjin farm, etc. You may spend three days and two night there exploring.
清境農場
清境農場成立於民國50年2月20日，座落於中橫公路台14甲線霧社北端8公里處，空氣清新、林木蒼鬱、繁花遍野、具北歐風光，有「霧上桃源」之稱。此地海拔1750公尺，每年5~9月份平均氣溫15。C~23。C左右，遠離城市酷熱。隨季節不同，出產水蜜桃、二十世紀梨、加州李、奇異果、高冷蔬菜等，投身期間，居高眺遠，其茂盛之草原，綠茵如氈，令人留連忘返。
Cingjing Veterans Farm
Passing native forests, through towering gorges, you can immerse yourself in the fresh air and the scenic wild greenery of the Cingjing Veterans Farm.The Cingjing Veterans Farm is situated at the Renai Township of Nantou County,8 km north of Wushe Section, Tai 14A Route of Central Cross-Island Highway in Central Taiwan.It has been opened to public since February 20th, 1961;its altitude is 1,750 meters above the sea. The weather is generally mild all year round. In the months from May to September, the temperatures averages between 15℃ and 23℃. The Farm produces various kinds of fruits including: peaches, pears, plums,and kiwi fruit.
